This is why we give special attention to packaging of the products to protect them from damages in transit. Unlike some other companies who charge extra for oversize products, we do not charge anything like this.

We avail the services of USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx to dispatch our products. Our system will enable you track your order with the help of your order number and your destination zip code. We also handle international orders through our chain of distributors who are located across the globe. Orders are first shipped to these distributors, which are then dispatched to their respective destinations. Orders for United States are shipped from California.

You must not accept orders, which are damaged. If you have discovered a defective product after you have signed and accepted the shipment, call us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to have it replaced.
